Terms of Service

1. Products

We sell wood-pressed (ghani) edible oils. Product photos and descriptions are for information; natural oils may vary slightly in colour, sediment, and aroma between batches. We operate under FSSAI licence no. 21526043002597.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place an order. You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details.

3. Pricing and taxes

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery is free on orders of ₹500 and above; otherwise a delivery fee of ₹40 applies.
• Prices, offers, and stock availability may change without prior notice. The price applied is the one shown at the time your order is confirmed.

4. Orders and acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Every order is re-priced and re-checked against live stock on our servers before it is accepted.
• We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount paid) if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, or we suspect fraud.
• We deliver only within our currently serviceable PIN codes; if yours is not covered, checkout will tell you.

5. Payment

• Online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking) are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where offered; please keep the exact amount ready.
• If an online payment is captured for an amount that does not match your order total, the payment is not accepted and is refunded to you automatically.

6. Cancellations, delivery, and refunds

Cancellations, delivery timelines, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, place fraudulent orders, or infringe our intellectual property (including the Tararani Foods name, logo, and content).

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
