Shipping Policy

We dispatch every order from our unit in Gadmudshingi, Kolhapur. This policy covers where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.
1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver within a defined set of serviceable PIN codes in Maharashtra, India. At checkout, enter your PIN code — if we cannot yet deliver to your area, we will tell you before you pay. Our serviceable area is expanding, so do check again later.
2. Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation.
- We confirm each order by phone before dispatch.
- Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and our delivery partner; local deliveries are typically faster.
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
3. Delivery charges
- Orders of ₹500 and above: free delivery.
- Orders below ₹500: a flat delivery fee of ₹40.
- The exact delivery charge is always shown in your order summary before you pay.
4. Payment options
You can pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking) through our secure Razorpay gateway, or choose Cash on Delivery where available.
